Pictured in detail photos. Plenty of options out there these days for seat collars with integrated stops. Or perhaps you’re lucky enough to know someone that works with Ti. Seat tube measures 16″ c-t-t and 13″ from center of BB to center of top tube. Top tube measures 21.25 c-t-c. Takes 1 1/8 headsets and forks. Fits a 27.2mm seatpost. 31.8mm seat collar. V-Brake or Cantilever compatible. Aforementioned rear cable stop issue. Some light scratches and scuffs but no dents or otherwise. Bottom bracket threads are excellent.
