This is a Frame that was built when GT was trying to decide on a full suspension design to put in to production. They went with the RTS instead of this one. It is used and has scratches and scuffs but no cracks. Unfortunately the elastomers have deteriorated from age and are soft and sticky so they will need to be replaced if it is going to be ridden.
