Has two small dents on the underside of the frame, one near the Bottom Bracket and one up towards the head tube, looks like someone drove with it sitting on a truck bed without the proper bed mat on it for traveling, either way they are both shallow and dont seem to affect the quality of the ride (priced accordingly).
