Up for sale is my Stanton Switchback next he frame in 16.5inch long (lower standover height, longer reach). Colour is’misty blue’. This is a Reynolds 631 steel frame and is great fun and very capable. I have owned this since new and it has been used and enjoyed, but also well looked after. There are various surface marks over the frame from use, and a couple of areas of cable rub where I missed adding protective tape. There are a couple of deeper scratches on the down tube by the Stanton logo on one side (see photos) which is the most significant area of paint damage, but still not particularly noticeable. Overall the frame is in great shape. Bottom bracket threads are all good. The dropouts are interchangeable – the frame comes with non-boost (142×12) dropouts. The chain stay protection has been on since new, but I have left it there because it works well – it has not been left on to hide anything. This frame has been in use on my second bike, so has not had a huge amount of use. The frame comes with a cane creek 40 headset (bearings still run smooth and crown race also included despite not being pictured), rear axle, seatpost clamp and a Rockshox reverb stealth b1 dropper post with 150mm drop. The seatpost is in good condition and works well, but does have about 5-10mm of the reverb’squish’ that is common in these. I still have the original boxes for the frame, seatpost and headset, and will include these in the sale.

Stanton Switchback 631 Frame. Invisiframe wrapped from new, but this has worn through on non drive side stays. There are a couple of other wear points from cables and tyre buzz. This wear is shown in pictures. 16.5 frame size. 30.9mm seat post diameter. 142 x 12 rear spacing (boost 148 x 12 dropouts are available from Stanton bikes). 73mm threaded BB with ISCG-05 mount. Steel Mk1 Stanton Switchback frame Size Small (16.5) in Cherry Red colour for 27.5 wheels I bought this frame from Stanton in Summer 2016 and used it for about 3 months. It has sat in the garage since then and deserves to have a new owner. I covered it in protective film so it’s pretty much unmarked. The film has bunched up in a couple of places. There are a couple of minor chips here and there – see photos. Mainly under bottom bracket. It’s a lovely colour and builds up into an incredibly responsive bike. See link below for a review.
