In the downtube you will see that there is a portion wrapped in tape, I put tape so that the cable stoppers will not get lost. There is nothing wrong with it. It is just tape. Rare to find in this condition, Santa Cruz Superlight frame with Fox rear shock in excellent condition. Back when they were made in the USA, not overseas like now. Best color I have seen in DARK gray shot peened durable finish! Seat tube is 20 from center of bottom bracket to top of seat tube. Due to the sloping top tube design, should fit someone 5’9″ to 6’1″ or so, depending on how you like your setup. No dents or cracks, just some rub and light scratches. Takes either Disc or V-brakes.
