Handmade in USA, up for sale is this beautiful American work of art! Anyone who is into mountain biking knows this legendary frame. Adjustable geometry between freeride or cross country. Great Neo-retro 26 MTB build project! A beautiful black frame with fantastic welds! Beautiful US craftsmanship here. Takes 1.56 straight steerer fork (Lefty or Headshok). Takes rear hubs which are standard 135mm quick release. If you are after a neo- retro bike build, this is the one! Make your friends green with envy with this very good condition legendary frame. This is a 2002 frame based on its “N” serial. Takes 26″ 135mm QR axle hub rear wheel common on 26″ wheelsets. There are marks here and there consistent with a lightly to moderately used frame. No sign of abuse and no cracks or dents. Some portions have rub marks from cable. Paintwork still beautiful overall aside from pictured scuffs! Overall very sexy still and I was tempted to keep it (I’m just describing the frame the best I could). Photos will describe condition of frame. Build a neo-retro enduro rig with this frame. Anyone who is into mountain biking knows this legendary frame. Sought after now by collectors because of its beautiful ruggedness. Some frame it for their mancave wall display, while some will build it up to its former glory with British components. Great Neo-retro 26 MTB build project! A beautiful blue frame with fantastic welds! Beautiful British craftsmanship here. Takes 1 1/8 straight steerer fork. Takes rear hubs which are 12x135mm thru-axle. If you are after a neo- retro bike build, this is the one! Make your friends green with envy with this very good condition legendary frame. This is a late 2000′s frame circa 2009 or 2010 I believe. Takes 26″ 12x135mm thru-axle hub rear wheel common on 26″ downhill wheelsets. There are marks here and there consistent with a lightly used frame. No sign of abuse and no cracks or dents. Some portions have rub marks from cable. Paintwork still beautiful overall aside from pictured scuffs! There is only 1 on left top tube which looks like a crack but is actually a deep scratch (see last pic). This is a vintage mountain goat whiskeytown racer frameset. Its made of tange prestige double butted tubing. The headset is a 1 Chris king threaded no logo. The frame shows moderate to heavy signs of wear with scuffing and some surface rusting on the areas where the paint has come off. Here are the frame measurements which are taken by me. Okay guys and gals! I ran this as a 29in gravel grinder monstercross. It will clear 29×2.1 tires. It really is a 27.5 wheel mountain bike by build. It has a 1 1/8 standard headtube. 68mm threaded BB and 135mm rear spacing. It is disc specific and 27.2mm seatpost. The bike has very few scratches and is great shape. I love the bike but have my eye on something else and cant have both. The top tube was a bit short for me and that is why I ran it with drop bars. I rode the Dirty Kanza on this bike and it rides wonderful. The craftmanship is amazing. Here are the actual measurements. Top tube center to center is 21.75. Seat tube center to top 17inches. If you need more pics or information please let me know. The last photo is how I had it built up. With 29 racing Ralphs.
