The frame is finished in black carbon with gold decals and has internal cable routing for rear mech, brake hose and can accommodate an internal dropper seat post. The frame is designed for 29 wheels. The general condition is very good, there are a few rub marks, a small impact mark to the bottom pivot which is only superficial and a couple of small indents in the Flak protection on the underneath of the down tube, all of which you would expect to see on a used mountain bike and these do not impair the structure of the carbon. There are no cracks or dents. The pivot bearings have been regularly serviced. The frame comes complete with a brand new… Never used 2018 Rockshox, Monarch Plus Debonair Rc3, with lockout function. A Hope rear 140mm disc calliper mount with titanium bolts, the original 13.6mm quick release seat clamp never used, original 142mm bolt trough axle, fitted but never used and a DT Swiss RWS 142mm quick release through axle, in used condition. Intense are legendary for their high end frames and the Spider 29 Comp is no exception. It can be set in two travel positions via altering the shock position on the top VPP pivot, either 130mm or 115mm of rear wheel travel. The frame was designed for XC-trail use. Paired with a set of 140mm forks this is a very capable bike and looks stunning when fully built. Cash on collection is welcome.
