I’m 5’7, but I like big frames as I’m quite long in torso and as it slopes down I enjoy riding and feel very comfortable on it. Centre of bottom bracket to saddle clamp is 19. Top tube from centre of steerer to centre seat post is 22. It’s a 1999 model. See K frame stamp. Have been asked if it’s F500/700 etc something I’ve never thought about in my ownership! Have a look here and decide for yourself. So many of these have had a hard life, this one is in amazing condition for an MTB especially a 20 year old one. It even has what looks like original Mech and Coda 700 Wheelset! Paint is good, a few touched up chips (fork and steerer) but no bubbles, look at the pictures and SEE the condition around the bottom bracket, if you know old cannondales you will know what I mean when I say so many are corroded badly there. New Puncture guard RACE KING 2.0 tyres fitted, 5 miles test use, still have all bobbles. New tubes with no patches. The Speedo set for these tyres and included in sale (you have to google instructions, I’ve never had any and done so myself when setting it up). Headshok functions with about 30-40mm travel and locks out with 1cm travel. Hardly any of these original headshoks left now, far fewer in good condition, and in this green? Go look, they were and hence are rare as hell. I going to keep one MTB so if this does not get a good offer I’ll keep it (as I like it) and sell another (Rush 2000) instead, so low offers have been ignored, I don’t need the sale. Bike Last 2 pictures show front and rear mudguards and a lizard skin chain guard, I took them off for the photos as the bike looks cleaner without them but they will be thrown in with the sale, so it’s ready to go in the wet/mud.
