21 from centre of bottom bracket shell to top of seat tube. Comes with 1-1/8 FSA headset. Cosmetically there is an area of missing paint on the left chainstay where a bike stand was fitted. A few small paint blemishes, not immaculate but very respectable. The top tube near the headtube has shallow scratches / brush marks, not an issue but worth mentioning.
