It means the bearings are susceptible to dirt or moisture contamination. You won’t notice any issue in performance unless too much dirt or moisture builds up. How do you fix it? The most effective way is to install a BB conversion from Wheels Manufacturing or from Rotor. Or you can simply service the bearing a bit more often than normal.
