The seat tube measures 19 from center of BB to center of top tube, 21 from BB to the top of the seat tube. Top tube is 23 center-center; down tube is 26 c-c. Head tube is 1 1/8 with bearing cups, could be a old Chris King but no markings on it. Square tapered Bottom Bracket installed, not sure of the condition.
