A TRULY AMAZING BIKE – THIS WOULD GO ANYWERE – I USED TO FORGET IT WAS A HARDTAIL.. ! – BUT SADLY; WAS STRIPPED WHEN MY E-BIKE ARRIVED – HAS TAKEN ME OVER A YEAR TO BRING MYSELF TO SELL…. CUE THE SAD FACE. KONA 7005 ALUMINIUM HARDTAIL FRAME. TO FIT 26 (177 X 12MM HUB) FAT WHEEL. BEST TO RUN A 4.0 ON THE REAR WITH EITHER A 4.0 OR 4.8 ON THE FRONT. FINISHED IN GREEN WITH PURPLE AND BLACK DECALS. THIS FRAME IS PRE USED BUT HAS BEEN WRAPPED FROM NEW – HOWEVER A LOT OF PAINT CAME AWAY FROM THE R/H CHAINSTAY WHILST TRYING TO REMOVE THE 3M WRAP (THE REST OF THE FRAME IS STILL WRAPPED) OTHERWISE THE FRAME IS IN AN EXCELLENT CONDITION – WAS ONLY USED FOR ONE SEASON. JUST FIT A CHAINSTAY PROTECTOR (OR OLD INNER TUBE) AND RIDE AWAY OR STRIP FRAME & LEAVE RAW OR POWDER COAT WITH YOUR FAVOURITE COLOUR. TOP TUBE FROM CENTRE OF SEAT POST TO CENTRE OF HEADTUBE – APPROX 570MM. SEAT TUBE FROM CENTRE OF B/B TO TOP OF SEAT TUBE – APPROX 385MM. HEADTUBE TOP TO BOTTOM APPROX 120MM. REQUIRES PF92 STYLE BOTTOM BRACKET. BOTTOM BRACKET SHELL IS 120MM WIDE. REQUIRES 31.6MM SEATPOST DROPPER FRIENDLY – I USED TO RUN A 125MM X 390MM REVERB STEALTH WITH THE CONNECTAMAJIG SWAPPED FOR A STANDARD (HOPE) BRAKE HOSE UNION. REQUIRES TAPERED HEADSET – 44/56. APPROX 2.3KG INC AXLE & HANGERS ETC. 1 – I HAVE THE REAR WHEEL STILL FOR SALE IN A SEPERATE LISTING. 2 – THERE IS A STICKER OF “MY NAME” ON EACH SIDE OF THE DOWN TUBE NEAR THE BOTTOM BRACKET SHELL THAT HAS BEEN PHOTO SHOPPED OUT (THATS WHY THE FRAME LOOKS A LITTLE WIERD THERE) – IT IS BELOW THE CLEAR WRAP.
