I bought this bike and then moved to work abroad. It’s only had light use Windsor Park mostly! And very little use in the last 2 years. The full spec of the bike can be found in the Trek archive here. The frame is labelled as 21″ virtual, 20″ actual. The only modification I have made is the replacement of the grips with FWE Ergonomic Grips. The bike has low-profile, platform pedals. I’m pleased to answer any questions or send more photos. Used Carrera Banshee X mountain bike frame, approximately 140mm rear wheel travel from an X Fusion O2 RLR shock (I THINK it’s a 200x57mm shock but I can confirm if need be). The frame has sat for a while unused so I can’t comment on the shocks performance, all I know is that it was working absolutely fine when the frame was last used (I think circa late 2015). The lockout seems to still work so it is likely fine – however a service would likely be beneficial just as the oils and seals do deteriorate over time. It has just had a new top bushing fitted (not pictured) as there was a small amount of play in the old one. Included in the sale is the frame, shock, seatclamp, seatpost, seat and headset (the headset bearings are quite rough but it’ll get you going). This is my sale of a Specialized Myka Expert FSR M4 Full Suspension Mountain Bike Frame Only. Measuring from the bottom bracket to top of seat tube this is a 17.5Frame. Wheel size for this frame is 26 and the rear axle is a standard 9mm Quick Release. The frame comes complete with a shock, but no other ancillaries. So, please ignore the bottom bracket in the pictures, this will be removed by the time this listing goes live. This is a hydro formed Butted aluminium frame, with a hollow link rear suspension mechanism. Being a womens geometry frame, Specialized have retained 100mm travel for this FSR, but with a low stand over height. The rear Fusion shock is also custom tuned for a womens comfort. The shock is a Fusion O2RC shock with both rebound and compression adjust. The shock works perfectly, and has no marks on the stanchion at all. I was in the middle of rebuilding this frame for my other half, and so I have replaced all the bolts with Red Anodised bolts, together with a Red Anodised Superstar Components Seat Post quick release clamp. I have also placed protection stickers on the down tube and on the chainstay. Yes there are the odd marks on the paint from stone hips or other impacts, but on the whole this frame looks really cool. The colours used, which is like a 2 tone blue, is really nice, and now combined with the red bolts and seat clamp it looks really well. This frame wold build into a quality looking womens mountain bike. A great starter bike could easily be built. I ave also known one of these frames be used at competition level with no problems. So this is a very capable frame. I have listed this item with best offer, I already think this a good price for this item however. Be aware though, this is best offer, not best insult. If your offer is accepted, then you have’bought’ the item. If you are not mainland I. I do not post to overseas addresses any longer, too many recent incidents I’m afraid. If you order a bike and collect it from your local store it will be built for free. It will be ready from 4pm on collection day. Unfortunately we cannot build your bike if you choose to have it delivered to your home, work or another address. Any bikes not collected in store will be delivered boxed and will require self assembly. For bikes and bike products head over to the BikeHut once you’re in store. For all other products head towards the signposted collection point which should be located by the parts desk.
