Frame is in excellent condition (See photos). It has one small chip on the rear stay. This is just a paint chip and was made when moving the bikes around the garage. The photographs don’t do the paint job any justice. It’s amazing to look at. Comes with Headset, BB30 bottom bracket installed plus a brand new Shimano PF30 Bottom bracket. The bike can be used as single speed too due to the sliding dropouts. I got the bike down to 7kg like this. And 7.5kg with gears. I will include a modified hanger which was cut down to save weight when in Single speed mode. 27.5+ or 29er. Bike is Size SMALL. LAST PICTURE SHOWS WHAT IT LOOKED LIKE WHEN IT WAS BUILT UP FOR INSPIRATION. Sick Hacksaw Surgeon Frame Only This is Sick Bike’s’short’ frame, which is still long and very slack, just not quite as much as the Wulf. I bought this new earlier in the year and built it up but have only ridden 3 times. This is V1 version of the hacksaw, which is longer and slacker than the current version and much closer to the Wulf in geometry, I think its around 20mm shorter in reach and the head angle is 64 degrees as apposed to 63 of the Wulf iirc. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the type of paint used it chips easier than most so there are a a few flakey bits around the dropouts (handily they are ED coated so its only a cosmetic issue), a chip of of the chainstay bridge, chips around where the seat clamp sits, some cable rub on the headtube and the top tube is a bit hazey. I’ve tried to show this in the pics but overall it still looks pretty sweet. The original Sick decal was removed when I got the frame as it looked sht and I think had been cut and applied by a drunk 1 armed monkey whose wife had just left him… This is much cheaper than a new one and saves waiting around for 3 to 4 months when pre-ordering a new one as well. Bought new in July 2017 and not used much. Done approx 500 miles. Used, then put in garage and Sat around as I bought another bike. Prefer 27.5 for mountain biking, found the 29er too bulky for me. Frame is medium, I’m 5′ 6 and it’s fine. Would suit some one up to 5′ 9 I would think. The forks are Rockshox RC Yari 160mm boost. The fork’s have just had an oil service. The rear shock RockShox Monarch Plus, Rx All-Mountain Tune, AUTOSAG, rebound and 3-position compression adjust, 216x57mm has had an oil service, but a couple of months ago. Bearings all seem fine.
