T o help with sizing Im 510 which is a good fit. You could go slightly larger but not too much. Can definitely go smaller than this height on the medium frame. Scratches on frame are in line with general wear and tear but overall in good condition. Its been in storage for 1 year whilst we moved house so very good for its age.
