Seat tube measures 16″ c-t-t and 13″ from center of BB to center of top tube. Top tube measures 21.25 c-t-c. Takes 1 1/8 headsets and forks. Fits a 27.2mm seatpost. 31.8mm seat collar. V-Brake or Cantilever compatible. Aforementioned rear cable stop issue. Some light scratches and scuffs but no dents or otherwise. Bottom bracket threads are excellent.
