As described been a labour of love this one brief history of this frame originally got this of a friend for straightening up some wheels. He got 3 Kona frames as a swap off Facebook this one sadly had a stuck post last couple of pics show it had a bad black spray job on it was a tiny bit of the original paint underneath which managed to get a good colour match to the original paint. Have managed to get a couple of tiny chips in the paint from storage not that bad. Only downside to the frame that it has a couple of dints on the top tube. One back left side near seat tube and front right near head tube. On stripping the frame it has rear Kona dropouts serial number are F6012053 BI 0569 fairly factory I think 27.0 seat tube have the original Kona seat post in black ano graphics are great order to list of parts 26 Mavic wheelset rear is 238 rim on a red ano hope 5 bolt hub spins freely engages all pawls also have hayes 203 rotor to fit this. Front rim X517 on red ano hope hub rim brake only the front both wheels straight and true Sun Ringle skewers FSA Orbit headset top cup a bit faded but spins freely Answer manitou suspension forks 1 1/8th perfect working order new elastomers stanchions are perfect had a full service. Looks like the steerer tube has been professionally extended previously Easton CT2 carbon 27.0 seat post. Have original Kona one Shimano xt 8×3 shifters Shimano xt rear derailleur red ano jockey wheel front brake blue ano Tektro cantilever arms rear brake Shimano xt v brakes arms Tektro booster Serfas Kevlar arc saddle no cracks or splits stitching still good Hope top cap, Hope seat clamp slightly modified with disc adapter to use as a cable guide have original hope bolt Truvativ XR stem, Sunline Bone OS bars, DMR grips only needs a crank a front mech and chain to finish off.
