I have for sale. X1 Used Coyote Dual frame. In very good condition for the age. Top tube: 21.75. Fork steerer: 1 1/8. BB shell width: 68mm. Rear hub required 135mm x 9mm QR. Seatpost diameter: 27.2mm. Brake mount: IS Disc Brake or V-Brake. Overall in very good condition. All threads in good condition. Some wear and scratches. As the old saying goes a picture is worth a thousand words and if we were to list every scratch on every product they would be very long listings, so instead we attempt to give fair representation of the product with any visual defects shown to assist in you decision making. Retro Orange P7 Mountain Bike 21 frame

In very nice condition all around. The rope coat is slightly flaking away all over, it’s not so noticeable until you’re up close. The decals are original and mostly intact. Dropouts are all good and hanger in great shape. All welds look quite tidy and whole. The seatpost I’ll include, but it’s not original, and it’s not very nice, it’s also shimmed. Which I’ll also include. Stem also included and I’m not sure if this is original or not, it’s got some surface rust on, it’s in ok condition. Bb threads nice and clean – I’ll include the original shimano un51 bb which is in good condition with nice smooth bearings, but it needs a clean. All in all a very nice base for a really nice looking bike. I really wish it’d be a smaller size as if really love to build it up into something cool. Sadly I have little legs and there’s no chance. The sunshine makes the stickers look yellow in the pictures. They are very much orange though. Seat tube 540 or 21. Head tube 1 inch. All measurements are c2c.

Retro Cannondale R500 Frameset (2.8 Aluminium) In Polished Aluminium/Black USED

A lovely retro Cannondale R500 road bike (2.8 aluminium) frameset (Hand built in the USA) in very nice polished aluminium/black. I believe this to be a November 1995 model based on the frame number identification (See photos). There are some chips/scratches/rub marks/sticker damage/oxidisation on the frameset. There are no cracks in the frame (See photos). There are 2 indentation dents where the front mech has been attached to the seat post tube (See photos). It is nothing to worry about. The frame design has a shaped indentation on the drive side chainstay, near the bottom bracket for more clearance for the crankset and the same for the bottom of the drive side seat stay for more clearance around the cassette (See photos). Both of these are part of the frame design and are not damage to the frame and nothing to worry about (See photos). There is some surface rust on the bottle cage bolt holes (See photos). All this is purely cosmetic and nothing to worry about. Comes complete with a bottom bracket which moves very smoothly & freely, aluminium allen key quick release seat post clamp, Cannondale black aluminium removable rear dropout, plastic bottom bracket cable guide and brand new stainless steel bottle cage bolts (See photos). The frameset would be truly stunning when polished up. The frameset has been thoroughly washed and GT85′d. The frame will be carefully wrapped before being posted. The frame still has it original St. John Street Cycles dealer label (The dealer is better known now as SJS Cycles) (See photos). A fabulous retro Cannondale R500 frameset. A great gift or maybe a treat for yourself? The frame size is stickered as 50cm, but in reality is size is 20.125/50.9cm. Cannondale R500 road bike frameset in polished aluminium (See photos). Comes complete with the following. Bottom bracket (Moves very smoothly and freely). T here are some marks and scratches on this and a very small amount of very light surface rust on the bottom backet spindle ends. It is purely cosmetic and nothing to worry about (See photos). Aluminium allen key quick release seat post clamp in black/silver. T here are some marks, some scratches and a small amount of surface rust on this. Cannondale black aluminium removable rear dropout. T here are some marks, some scratches and some rust transfer (See photos). Brand new stainless steel bottle cage bolts (See photos). Feel free to read the reviews online about Cannondale R500 frames, they are particularly highly rated. The frame number is. GK B1-0302 01048 149794 5BON5O. Rest assured, b uy in confidence, this bike is not stolen. Please feel free to check yourself. I have cleaned the frame thoroughly and GT85′d it (See photos). Would much prefer collection.

Retro Schwinn Mountain Bike Frame Homegrown Race c. 1994/5 USA Control Tech

Retro Schwinn Mountain Bike frame – unidentified. I have researched as much as I can on the t’interweb and through old catalogues to find out what I can but as it is an early mid 90s frame info is limited. From the frame details and spec I believe this to be circa 1995. The Assymetrical chainstays with the dropped right side date from this period and the lack of disc tabs seems to point to it being no later. This may be a homegrown but the colour is unusual for this. However the colour is also unusual for other models from this era. The closest colour scheme I can find is on a photo on a page from the 1995 catalogue showing who I expect to be Tim Gould riding no doubt a race frame from the 1994 season. This is backed up by an ebayer who discovered lots of pictures of Tim riding a bike with this colour scheme on Fat Tyre. Copy and paste this link to have a look! The frame came with high spec components and a’Homegrown’ tomato embroidered saddle so this also points to this maybe being a Homegrown? Another interesting detail I haven’t seen on other Schwinns is the oversizing near the BB junction on the downtube Maybe an experimental thing? Some of the early Homegrowns were made by Control Tech and there does seem to be variations on the early models. I have received a message from another ebayer who bought one of these back in the day who says this is a Homegrown and believes it was one of the Yeti built ones. It has some marks and scuffs and scratches. It appears to have a non original replacement hanger as fit isn’t quite flush. Paint is flaking too. Seat Tube = 19 (480 mm) Centre to Top. Top Tube = 22 (560 mm) Centre to Centre. Weight = 4.31lb/1.955kg.

Gt lts 2000 in very good condition. Includes headset but it’s a bit tatty, it’s usable but ot the greatest. Bb threads are all good, it had its original bb in it which gives an indication to its use level. Very good paint everywhere minimal scuffs and paint damage. The bike has clearly had an easy life. Small dent on the drive side down tube. About the size of a small coin. Not broken the paint. Some chain suck and chain slap on the chain stays. Dropouts all good, hanger included. No play in the pivots but does look like all original equipment. Original seatpost, and clamp included. Bb to seat clamp collar – 530 about 21 inches (a classic large frame). Top tube – 510. Down tube bb to head tube centre to centre – 670.

Brake mount: V-Brake mounts (studs will need to be bought) or Disc brake. Rear wheel travel: 4.25-5.25. Shock: Fox Vanilla R. Overall in very good condition for the age. No play in the bearings or bushings. Only minor scratches and wear present. No Leaks from the shock. Couple of places where stickers have been removed it’s taken the paint with it. Overall in good condition for the age. No play in the bearings or bushings. Scratches and wear present. A lot, but doesn’t fully lock.
