See last 3 pics, pretty sure it’s a crack, can catch a carbon splitter with my nail near the bottom, it’s probably been like that for years and just noticed it. Easy spot to fix but I’d just mark it when a spot of paint and see if it moves past it over time before trying to fix it. Very light, full carbon. Non tapered headtube 26 inch wheel.
