Got to sell this legend of a bike as its not being used and needs to see more trail action. I have owned from new, its been well cared for and not abused. Has a few scratches here and there which you would expect for a 2015 model used on the trails but nothing major. Full spec is here. As you can see from the pics I have changed the original stem (original comes with sale) for a Funn Funnduro which makes it handle a bit better on the steeps and I had a Rockshox Reverb dropper added which is a must have. Pedals are Promag SL Magnesium. Brakes are in tip top condition and fluid has been changed every year. Sizing – so its a virtual 18.5 inch which is a Medium in old school terms but depends what you like, I’m 6 feet and for what I do its been fine but I really should have been on a larger rig. See Trek’s advice here. Local collection only unless you arrange a courier for which you accept the condition of the bike. Could possibly deliver if your not too far away and don’t have transport. For sale is my Trek Fuel Ex 8 2011. Sizing – 18.5″ / (M) I’m 177cm / 5’10″ and I would recommend this for my height and smaller – it fits me fine, but I’m at the top end of it’s range.. It’s a 2011 bike, but it’s been well upgraded in 2018 – here are the details, as you can see there is a lot spent on this bike this year, notably Deore XT brakes – which are amazingly powerful! Also I put a dropper post on there about 2 months ago – it’s a Rockshox Reverb. The bits are probably worth more than the bike, but I’ve bought a new one, so this sadly has to go to help fund it.. It will come with Headset Seatpost and clamp Seat Rear 142x12mm axle. Gamut guide In good but used condition. Marks on the rear stay from a tyre on a wrongly dished wheel. The rear shock has some scoring on the shaft another shock in the pics will be included to make sone good one. The item specifics says its a remedy 7.
