ASSEMBLY – Firstly before you start, check that you have the typical cycle tools required to build up a flat pack bike as they don’t come with the bike, and allow yourself a good hour to build one up from flat-pack. Do also carefully consider referring to youtube for one of many tip/guide videos to assemble, or think about asking a pro / bike shop to build it for you firstly if your in any doubt.. Though its not what we would call’overly difficult’ for’bikey people’, however we do suggest that if your not a bikey & savvy DIY person to certainly ask for help from somebody who is clued up with bicycles, the main more challenging thing, which we would say is an above average cyclist skill requirement.. Is adjusting and positioning the brakes, brake discs and gears, the rest is relatively straight forward and quite self explanatory, if your unsure, ask a cycle shop to book you in for a bike build. He cycles are pretty much brand new, they’ve been built up for test and alignment purposes, and some have been on display, but never ridden. They have then been wrapped, flat packed ready to send to our customers, we do have some instances where there are the odd minor chips (usually towards the bottom of the frame where chain assembly is set up) some minor hand marks where cabling runs through the frames, and seat post clamp sections, and so please expect this when you get around to re-assembling your cycle.
