Retro GT Tempest 18 Frame with Marzocci Bomber forks. Shimano alloy crank, front mech and rear v brake calipers. From approx 1996 the tempest was one of the higher end hardtails in the GT line up. The 7000 series alloy frane featured oversize tubing somewhat chunkier than the Zaskar and Avalanche. Despite its age it has suffered no dents or cracks. The paintwork has timeworn blemishes however. It could be tidied up or given a polished alloy finish. Replacement decals are still available. The MX2 bomber forks are in good working order with unmarked stantions. Up for sale is a Trek Fuel EX9 Mtb Frame And Forks. Frame is a Trek Fuel EX 9 with OCLV carbon stays. No cracks or dents. Missing paint from cable rub, chain slap and some of the lawyer coming off stays. Seat tube:46cm (c-t). Top tube: 54cm (c-c). Forks are rock shox reba. Stickers have been removed and frames have some marks. Includes headset, carbon handlebars (missing some lawyer), stem and handlebar lockout switch (for front and rear suspension). It has not had a service in a long while so could really do with the shock seals replaced. No noise from pivot bearing but probably worth doing this too. I have for sale a Zealous divions mk2 16 small frame. It has DMR adjustable drop out so can be fitted with 29″ or 27.5″ wheels. Comes with Recon RL solo air forks. Frame: UK design and made hardcore hardtail frame. In a beautiful raw aluminium finish, it has a special seat tube to get clearance for a 29 rear tyre while keeping the chainstay short. Comes with a superstar +/-2 deg slackeriser headset and Shimano PF90 bottom bracket. Some scratches from being used but can easily polish out being a raw finish frame. I’m 5ft8 and the frame fits me well. I have to keep it hidden in the basement as I want to re-build it up to ride every time I see it. It was painful taking those photos. Would have definitely kept it for riding in the local woods if I didn’t need the cash for doing an extension. Forks: Recon RL-A Solo air 51mm offset 15X110 boost 120mm travel. The travel can be adjusted via internal spacers from 80-140mm. Just been serviced and work really well. Let me know if there is anything else you need to know about the item.
