It has minimal use since the repaint. Here are the frame measurements which are taken by me and there will be a small margin of error because of this. Head Tube – 4-1/2. Top Tube – 22 measured along the top Tube. Seat Tube – 17.5 c-c and 19.5 c-t. Check pics for condition.
