Intense Tracer 275 Frame

For sale is my intense tracer 275 alloy frame with cane Creek double barrel shock and 450 x 2.25 spring. It’s a few years old now but rides amazingly. Yes it has paint defects and a bit of cable rub but it’s to be expected of a bike like this. The shock really turned this bike up to 11! I’m letting it go for less than the cost of the shock itself. No dents or cracks anywhere and it’s the last of the genuine made in USA frames. Get a legendary intense now and rule the trails!

Great 27.5 MTB build project! A very nice carbon frame once maintenance items are done which I will be listing below. Frame is usable as is but is not perfect. 27.5 wheels (12x142mm thru-axle rear hub). Takes tapered (1 1/8 to 1.5) steerer fork. Original seatclamp, 24mm axle bottom bracket bearing, and sealed bearing headset included. Includes a carbon chain guide as well (for a single ring crank setup). What needs to be taken care of in this carbon frame to make it good as new. Aesthetics – matte clearcoat is peeling in various places (hard to see in pics but they are peeling). Would benefit from a light sanding and recoat of clear or better yet, have it professionally repainted. Otherwise, still ok to use as it is but if you want it perfect then do the suggested items above. Still usable as it is but as I have mentioned, there is a little side to side play. Frame is circa 2013 and still in good condition. Address the 2 items I mentioned above and you would have a very good 27.5 carbon frame from American brand Intense that uses the same VP suspension technology as Santa Cruz but a lot cooler because not everyone has one. Late 2000s model Intense 5.5 EVP Full Suspension Mountain Bike Frame. Frame is in excellent used condition. No dents or cracks or other serious damage. There are a few scratches, marks, some cable rub, and other imperfections so please check pictures carefully. Chris King headset looks and feels like new. Original XTR front derailleur is also included. Fox RP23 shock was serviced annually for the few years that the bike was in use. Since then the bike has been stored in a heated garage. I tested the shock and all of the compression/rebound adjustments seem to do what they are supposed too. Seat tube c to t: 19. Top tube c to c: 22. 135x10mm rear hub spacing. Vintage (early 2000s I think) Intense Uzzi SLX Full Suspension Downhill Mountain Bike Frame. Frame is in excellent used condition. No dents or cracks or other serious damage. There are a few scratches, marks, some cable rub, and other imperfections so please check pictures carefully. Chris King headset works smoothly, and Im including the original titanium crown race. Large WTB Saddle and Thomson Elite seatpost also included. Fox Vanilla RC Coil shock is in great condition. From what I can tell, all the adjustments are working well. The damper feels like its still working at 100%. This Frame is very adjustable. You can adjust the chainstay length, the seat tube angle, and the rear travel. Seat tube c to t: 18.5. Top tube c to c: 23. Straight 1 1/8 head tube. The original 2001 Marzocchi Super T Pro Downhill fork is also available for sale along with the rest of the components that came on this bike. Intense uzzi vpx frame. Frame is in good condition size medium. Comes with recently fitted bottom bracket race face crank set, fox dhx 3 rear shock and recently serviced 180mm roxkshox totem forks. Chris king headset is also included with 31.8mm stem. Rear swing arm has been skinned In carbon which has also made it stronger a common complaint with these bikes is that they had to much flex on the rear of the bike.
