Custom 29er Large Frame Mountain Bike Lightweight Kinesis Frame (high Spec). P erfect for a Christmas present as the bikes completely immaculate. Hi, this is my custom built 29er hardtail. I had a spare set of 29er boost wheels and Yari Forks so I have been slowly building up the bike around a light weight Boost Kinesis Frameset. With Maxxis DHF and DHR tyres running tubeless this bike has tonnes of grip for winter trails, lots of big tyre cushioning negating the need for rear suspension. New Kinesis Aluminium MaxLight Phase boost 29er Frame. DT SWISS E1700 Rims with XTR Rotors. New Maxxis DHR at the back (Running Tubeless). New Maxxis DHF at the front (Running Tubeless). Small Adult Bike suits 4’6″ to 5’1″ approx. Frame – Aluminium 16. Wheels – Magnesium 3 spoke 24. Gears – Shimano 21 speed Tourney TZ. Brakes – Mechanical Disc. Quick release front wheel. The bike comes 85% assembled and will require final assembly and adjustments. We recommend you get a professional cycle mechanic to complete assembly. Front wheel- fit quick attach spindle through wheel, fit wheel and tighten spindle so cam lever locks wheel in place. Front brake- Align caliper with brake disc and tighten (note the domed washers which let it swivel to align properly). Adjust front brake cable as required. Rear Brake- Align caliper with disc and tighten, Adjust cable as required. Pedals- Screw on Pedals note. One is a left hand thread and one right hand thread. Seat- Fit seat brackets to underside of seat and fit seat post and tighten, slide into quick release clamp and tighten. Handlebar- remove the clamp bolts align handlebar and refit bolts and tighten. Color is black and green. 21-speed gears with Shimano ASTEF50LSBL and ASTEF50R7AL handlebar-mounted control levers, Freewheel Shimano FW-7I and Shimano 14T-28T, Front Derailleur Shimano FD-TZ30, Rear Derailleur Shimano RD-TZ21.
