Great platform for a cafe cruiser, retro gravel or touring build. Upper section of seat tube has some flare bulge. May be as designed. Tange Superlight CRMO tubing. Any headset and bottom bracket parts pictured are included, have not been inspected, may need service. No dents or cracks. Some scratches and marks.
