The frame is in good condition with some cosmetic wear and tear, It is fully working with no issues. The shock is due a service but still performs well. The rear axle is 135x12mm. The headset is tapered, it has some hope parts but I’m not sure if the whole headset it hope, it comes with the bottom bracket as well but they are both used.

Orange 324 factory racing downhill mountain bike frame – Norlando Grey (Original factory paint). Large – 27.5 boost wheel. Fox factory DHX2 coil shock with SLS spring – Serviced by Slick & Slide not long before bike dismantled. Includes SRAM GXP BB – Hope zero stack headset & seat collar – Chain guide & bash guard. One timid, middle-aged rider from new, only been used a handful of times, and to be honest, nowhere near to being used as intended (no black runs for me) more trail centres and tamer bike park runs. Invisframed from new, barely a mark on it, anything that can be seen is generally dirt around edges of, and marks on invisframe from things like zip ties etc… If removed/replaced paintwork would look as new. Never crashed, Absolutely no dents, dings, cracks or structural defects. Shock works perfectly, all controls work as should, no leaks. Bearings good, smooth and with no play. Being meticulously maintained and barely ridden will do that! Photo’s don’t do it justice as probably should have cleaned it first! I’m not really a downhiller these days, hence parting bike out (Bought brand new on a whim) I had kept hold of the frame as it is a lovely ride and thought about maybe trying a mullet conversion based around a 180mm single crown and 29 front wheel, but I’ve too many bikes and it really should stay as a DH race bike….. It’s sooo fast and belongs in the hands of a racer! Any questions please ask. Item will be well packaged and dispatched via a tracked an insured service.
Ritchey Logic Headset for 1 1/8 Straight Steerer. The frame is in nice condition, no major scratches or scrapes, no dents. There’s a couple of spots on the underside where the paint looks like it’s corroded and bubbling. However this is not the case. The paint is hard to the touch and is NOT flaking off, it seems that is how it came from the factory. But I didn’t have it from new so.. Lower bearing on the headset is ok but not great.
For sale – I’ve listed this a few times, then changed my mind about keeping it… But it’s time for this awesome frame to find its new owner.. Orange stage 6 Evo frameset in laser blue (custom factory colour). Cane creek inline air shock nearly new, supplied with box and manuals. To suit 150mm fork. The paint is clearly used with rubbing from heal strikes on the chain stays. There is also rubbing damage on the top tube from my Hope light’s battery pack. On the lower downtube brake hose exit, there’s a little bit of wear where hose has rubbed away at the paint (and some metal) due to a grommet failing – see photos. I’ll give it a once over with some autoglym to lift the paint as best I can before posting to the new owner. It’s still very presentable. I bought the frame directly from Orange Sept 2022. In the last year or so the bike has completed the Jenn Ride, raced (quite slowly) the Boltby Bash, spent a week in Morzine, ridden Dyfi and Golfie, and been my weekly ride around hebden bridge never missing a beat. All threads are clean and intact. The headset is still smooth. It’s been built up, ridden, however it’s too similar to my Cotic Rocket max to justify having both, so it’s offered for sale. Fun fact, it also featured on GMBN at Bike Park Wales when it caught the eye of Neil and Martyn Ashton. Any questions, just ask. Thanks for looking – John. Don’t forget to check out my other high end bike parts for sale.
The colour is Matt Cyan blue and the condition is excellent. This is ideal as a replacement or if you have a small, medium or XL and you want to swap out the front end to make it a large. The rear swing arm is the same across the range so you can just swap this part and you have a frame resize. No cross threaded BB or internal issues. All as good new and as they should be. I have fresh grommets to replace the missing ones, just not pictured. Any questions feel free to ask. I will ensure safe courier in Uk mainland to purchaser.
