Great Neo-retro 26 MTB build project! A beautiful natural aluminium/black frame with a carbon fibre upper rear triangle! Reason for this is I found that a crack has appeared on the right side carbon rear upper triangle/chainstay. Although bike was completely usable when I acquired it, I would suggest getting this repaired before using.. See last 2 pics for crack. This is repairable by any carbon frame repairer or just replace it. Other parts alone are worth the price! The frame was recently serviced and new pivot bearings installed. Unfortunately, the crack on carbon part appeared. Manitou rear shock works, includes 3 speed front derailleur, also original sealed bearing headset included. Takes 1 1/8 straight steerer fork. Takes 26″ standard QR hub rear wheel common on 26″ wheelsets. Aside from crack I mentioned, There are marks here and there consistent with a lightly used frame. Some portions have rub marks from cable. Paintwork still beautiful overall! Photos will describe condition of frame. Size: 18 (centre of bb to top of seat tube) in Merida Bike Co’s sizing. Build a neo-retro XC or enduro rig with this frame. Pics will describe condition. Will be snapped up quickly! This is the higher model. Great retro 26 MTB resyoration project! This one is from the golden age of mountain biking! A mid 90′s Pro Flex Animal full suspension frame. Made in USA by Easton for Pro Flex. Listing it as a restoration project or for parts/repair because you would need the rear shock for this and the black part of rear triangle is bent and needs replacing. Will make a great display for the wall/mancave too as paint scheme is colourful. Takes 1 1/8 straight steerer fork. If you are after a vintage/retro bike build, this is the one! Make your friends green with envy with this good (repairable) condition legendary frame from 90′s bike builder Pro Flex! Takes 26″ standard QR hub rear wheel common on 26″ wheelsets. There are marks here and there consistent with a used frame. No sign of abuse. Some portions have rub marks from cable. Metal bolts has surface rust – this has been stored for months. This would benefit from a respray or just leave as is. It does not look bad. As mentioned earlier, on the black portion of rear swingarm, it is supposed to be straight, not bent. It might have caused a tiny crack (see last pic -not sure if it is just the paint) be wary of this. You would need a top cap. Original square taper bottom bracket also included. Photos will describe condition of frame. It is 16 inches from centre of top tube to centre of bottom bracket. Pics will describe condition.
