Muddy fox team mfx frame. Really cool uncommon frame. Has a heap of different eyelets for you to position the rear shock, so you can really change up the kinematics of the shock – quite ahead of its time. Frame is in overall good condition. Scuffs and scratches about, nothing deep or troublesome. The rear triangle is surprisingly scratch free. Bb threads are in good order. Includes seatpost and clamp. Also fsa headset which is fairly usable as is. The rear shock is a “shock works” I’ve never heard of it but it seems fairly well made. The main pivot is in good condition, no apparent wear. The lower shock bushing has some play, it looks like it’s just a standard nut and bolt through it so maybe this is the issue. Hanger and dropouts all in good order. V brake bosses and IS disc brake tabs so you have options how you want to run it. Size 18 460 bb to seatpost clampl. Effective top tube (post clamp to steerer) 530. All measurements are centre to centre.

Retro 90s Univega Alpina double butted cro-moly Steel frame. Size is 18″ from centre of bottom bracket to top of seat tube, reach is 22″ from centre of seat tube to centre of head tube. Frame is made from Formula Race Lite 969 double butted tubing (0.9/0.6/0.9mm). Comes with original Concepts USA alloy seat post (26.0mm), stem, flat bars and bar ends. All of which have seen better days, paint peeling, scratches etc. Has original dia compe 1 aheadset, which may require new bearings. Nice two tone purple fade paintwork. Graphics are in decent condition, few rust spots here and there, all adds to the patina, she is over 30 years old after all. Obviously it’s for 26 standard mtb axle wheels and rim brakes only. 73mm bb shell width. All 3 pairs of bottle boss threads are fine, as are the bottom bracket, mech hanger and rack mounts. No issues, seatpost moves freely in frame.

Trek Retro stp400 in team trek vw colour. I believe from 2001. Overall condition is very good. Top tube has scuffing from cable rattle. Head tube has a couple of grooves from cable rattle. Drive side frame stay(seat stay) has a groove from cable rub. Top of seat tube has some cable rub also. The stickers are a little scratched and rubbed in places. But there’s bonus period stickers on it too m, rock shox – x-lite and a really old hope sticker. Bb threads are great, have just been chased just to clean them out. A reasonable richey logic headset is included. Original bontrager seat post and a third party seat post clamp. Hanger is straight and true. Has a cane creek ad5 rear shock on it which I believe is an upgrade to the regular sid rear shock that was oem. Please use the pictures alongside the description as not every little thing can be documented. It’s a good solid frame that will build up nicely. Top tube 560mm (22). Down tube, 650mm (24, 1/2). Seat tube 500mm (20).

As always view my pics close for item condition etc. This retro mountain bike is from the mid 1990′s and as seen is all there and ready to ride. It has spent its life next to the coast and was used on a static caravan site so the sea breeze has caused alloy corrosion on the frame as seen in the pics, if I sanded it back I would destroy the original paint job so I haven’t touched it. It is over 30 years old so the above is normal for a bike that has actually been used for this length of time. In my opinion it is still a cool and retro, rare blast from the past. Klein Pulse Mid 90′ 16.5′ Small Size Retro Bike Frame. Klein Pulse Retro Mtb. For 26 wheels and V brakes. Original Flame Red paint, unfortunately the sun and age took their toll as you can see in the photos. Overall, the frame is in good condition, the paint is peeling off in a few places, there are slight traces of corrosion. Frame is from 1994, correct me if I’m wrong. Age is inferred from the disassembled parts vin number in the photos. Weight this frame is 1.70 kg.
