My Orange five 29er 2013/14 medium frame and shock, hope headset(used), and as new gxp bottom bracket (one ride) the fox rear evol shock is only a few rides old and hardly worked. T he frame is good order with normal marks of wear and tear, there is a bit of tyre rub on the inside of rear swing arm shown in pictures. For sale is my 2015 Orange Alpine Five 29er frame. The frame is in good general condition, with normal scuffs and scratches from mtb use. It has been helicopter taped to protect the main areas from rub. It has a Rockshox Monarch Plus RC3 shock which is in great condition (and is newer than the frame). It has a Cane Creek headset installed, and a hope seat clamp for dropper post. The pivot and headset bearings were changed 6 months ago. It’s a size large and I’m about 5’11 if that helps. I’ve had this bike for around 6 months and absolutely love it. Now having realised that the 29 bike is my preference, my only reason for sale is to fund a brand new carbon one! Great condition, has a few scratches here and there but overall superb! I look after my bikes well. Great lightweight aluminium hardtail frame, good modern sizing with long reach and slack head angle. Standard 73mm screw-in bottom bracket. Will work with 130mm to 160mm forks. 31.6mm seat tube. 5 star review by bikeradar. Frame spec and geometry here. No dings or dent. Only a couple of small areas where the paint has scuffed (due to mudguard fitting). Can be easily fixed with touch-up paint. Intense Spider 29 Works Red Frame, size 17.5 and in excellent condition. The frame was fully rebuilt with new suspension pivot bearings and new Monarch Debonair RC3, including standard volume air can for the Monarch shock. The frame includes 12 x 142 G1 dropouts and Intense axle plus 10 x 135 G1 dropouts and DT Swiss RWS thru axle. NOTES: I had built this frame using a -1.5 degree angle-set head set and a Pike at 130mm. The net adjusted geometry (68 degree head angle) results are shown on the geometry pics in the photos. Let me know if you are interested in the seat post to go with the frame. So let me know if you are interested in the front derailleur. I also have a SRAM XX double chain ring, 26/39T crank set and a GXP threaded ceramic bearing bottom bracket to go with the XX crank-set. Edit: just added photos of the optional parts. Welcome to the sale of my Giant Trance X1 mountain bike. The Spec is as follows. Shimano Deore LX gear set 3 x 9 with a Shimano Deore XT derailleur. The gear shifter is Shimano Deore LX type with the brake lever and gear shifter combined into one lever. As you can see the front and rear discs are upgraded to a slightly larger size and these work really well. Giant Connect seat post and saddle. Bontrager stem and Bontrager 720 bar. Fox 32 Float F-Series Performance Shocks, Anodised with 15mm QR Thru Axel. Fox Float RP23 rear shock. Both sets hold their pressure with no leaks or seeping and can be set up using a shock pressure pump. The front shocks have all their original adjustment with rebound etc and still lock out. The rear shock stopped completely locking out a while ago and it didn’t bother me so its stayed that way. The front tyre is a Panaracer Cinder 2.25 and the rear tyre is a Maxxis HighRoller 2.35. Carefully chosen for off-road control. There is a good quality pair of SPD pedals (for cleated shoes) to go with the sale though it has basic flat pedals on at the moment. It is in good condition and ready to hit the trails. It has new mudguards (not on pics) and was serviced recently. The Bike is for collection only.
