The frame has not been used since. The reason for re-painting is because the seatpost got seized in the frame. The bike shop heated the frame to free the post but this damaged the original paintwork. With the exception of scratches under where seatpost clamp has been fitted (will be covered by your post clamp), this frame genuinely looks and performs identically to a brand new one.
