No BB, Headset, Axle or Seat Collar. This is new, boxed stock that was leftover from Wiggle CRC closure. Note these are new spec and were not released. Axle- TA12 x 176mm M12 x. Note I’ve put the dispatch time to 6 days. I split my stock between 2 locations and if the frame you’ve ordered is not in the dispatch location it takes a little longer for me to have the frame in hand and organise the collection. I’d hope that I can always go quicker than 6 days but just want to manage expectations accordingly.
Bontrager Privateer Retro 1998 MTB Frame Size Large / 19. In beautiful Condition having be re-painted to a very high standard about 5 years ago in gloss black with brand new decals from retro decals. They are a few very light marks here and there but nothing of note. This is a Trek-era Privateer, not that that is anything to get stuffy about as they were built to a very high standard in the USA. Despite being of 1998 vintage it had the classic 1 head tube and a rear canti brake hanger so you can build up an early-90′s looking bike with ease. Forks would have been either a 60mm travel Rockshox (I have these available if required) or a tig welded rigid fork with an axle to crown dimension of around 400mm. It’s a size large in Bontrager-speak, which means 19″ when measured in the “standard for the day” “centre to top way. Seat tube centre to centre: 17. Seat tube centre to top: 19. Top tube actual centre to centre: 22.25. Top tube effective horizontal c-c: 22.5. Head tube end to end: 4.25. Seatpost diameter: 27.0mm. Bottom bracket: 73mm BSA I have a suitable Shimano XT (UN72 in my other listings). Front mech: 28.6mm top pull. Will be well wrapped and posted using Parcel Force.

Trek 8000ZR mountain bike frame. Size Medium (17.5). Made from Treks top alloy of the time ZR9000. Usual marks from use but no cracks or dents. Standard 1&1/8 head tube. Standard BSA bottom bracket threads. Standard 135mm wide quick release compatible drop outs.
This Trek EX Fuel 9 Mountain Bike is a reliable and sturdy ride. The bike has a full suspension system that ensures a smooth and comfortable ride, even on the toughest terrains. The bike’s frame is made of high-quality aluminium, which makes it durable and long-lasting. The bike comes with a downhill bar handle and a thumb shifter, which makes it easy to control your speed and direction. (The seat, handlebars, rims, bike stem, grips are all Bontrager). The bike has 27 speeds and a derailleur gear change mechanism, which makes it perfect for climbing and descending. The bike’s braking system is disc brake – hydraulic, which ensures reliable and quick stopping. The bike is tubular tyres and comes in a beautiful white colour. It has very recently had a service, where a new cassette, chain and gear cables were replaced. New pedals and tyres were added a few months ago where the previous owner had not greased the crank shaft and it had to be replaced with one very similar. This does not affect the performance at all and is quite difficult to tell the difference. The chain set is Shimano XT Deore. There are a few scuffs and minor chips. Ritchey Logic Headset for 1 1/8 Straight Steerer. The frame is in nice condition, no major scratches or scrapes, no dents. There’s a couple of spots on the underside where the paint looks like it’s corroded and bubbling. However this is not the case. The paint is hard to the touch and is NOT flaking off, it seems that is how it came from the factory. But I didn’t have it from new so.. Lower bearing on the headset is ok but not great.
Trek Retro stp400 in team trek vw colour. I believe from 2001. Overall condition is very good. Top tube has scuffing from cable rattle. Head tube has a couple of grooves from cable rattle. Drive side frame stay(seat stay) has a groove from cable rub. Top of seat tube has some cable rub also. The stickers are a little scratched and rubbed in places. But there’s bonus period stickers on it too m, rock shox – x-lite and a really old hope sticker. Bb threads are great, have just been chased just to clean them out. A reasonable richey logic headset is included. Original bontrager seat post and a third party seat post clamp. Hanger is straight and true. Has a cane creek ad5 rear shock on it which I believe is an upgrade to the regular sid rear shock that was oem. Please use the pictures alongside the description as not every little thing can be documented. It’s a good solid frame that will build up nicely. Top tube 560mm (22). Down tube, 650mm (24, 1/2). Seat tube 500mm (20).
Circa 2005 Rocky Mountain Flow F1.0 frame. Made from Easton RAD Taperwall alloy tubing. 16.5 from centre of bottom bracket to top of seat tube. 21.5 from centre of seat tube to centre of head tube. Standard 135mm wide drop outs. Standard BSA threaded bottom bracket (68mm). Standard head tube for straight 1&1/8 fork steerer and external cup headsets. The usual marks from use chain suck, stone chips, cable rub etc.. The paint is quite flat on the top tube where an externally routed droppers cable was zip tied to it. Overall it still looks great for the age. No dents or cracks whatsoever. Great trail bike or dirt jumper.
