This is an Orange Switch 6 mountain bike frame in a large size suitable for riders. 5’7″-6’2″. It was built up for my Son but he lost interest in mountain biking so it hasn’t seen much use and It’s covered with invisiframe protective tape so is in good condition. Tires are used but in good condition – have had minor repairs. It is a tubeless set up, and the repairs have held and been ridden on multiple times with no issue.
Specialized S-Works Enduro Carbon Frame Size Large Ohlins TTX Coil Shock Full carbon fibre frame is 5 years old, size large, and has had new pivot bearings every winter. FACT IS-X 11m Carbon FSR 29er chassis with SWAT downtube storage, 160mm travel, carbon seatstays, carbon 29 chainstays, tapered head tube, alloy link and adjustable shock extension, 148mm dropouts and mech hanger. Threaded bottom bracket, dropper post cable routing for a 34.9mm dropper. Seat binder included is a Wolf Tooth gold, alloy, 38.6mm. Can throw in a Specialized DH FACT CARBON handlebar 800mm if required, 6 degree upsweep, 8 degree backsweep. 27mm rise, 31.8mm.
It rides so nice, really plush on the descents but with good support in the travels, and pedals surprisingly well up the hills. My trails here are a mix of long steady climbs or short punchy climbs with plenty of rocks, it certainly handles these. As well as it is on the climbs, this bike comes alive on the descents! It corners amazing, it can handle chop and rough rocks with ease but it is still easy to lift up on mini lips, jumps and into manuals. The shock is a 2024 Fox Float X2, it was upgraded to the latest iteration after the original blew. The new one has been great now for around 18 months. Frame comes with seat post collar, internal storage bag and a clever qr thru axle, and obvs the shock. It’s a full 29er, so big wheels front and back Frame has been wrapped since new so is I’m good condition. Only a couple of stone chips and a rub on the chain stay from my heel I wish I could keep it as well as getting a trail bike, but I don’t have the space and as my riding has changed, it’s gotta go unfortunately.
