Orange Five Full Suspension Mountain Bike Frame. No dents or cracks. Some marks, scratches and along with some cable/hose rub. Some helicopter tape protecting frame from cable rub is a bit grubby but left in place for potential future protection. My favourite and the most appropriate colour for an Orange. For 26 Disc brake wheels. Shock hardware included, no shock. Rear Swingarm swings freely.
A very reluctant sale of my Cannondale Super V500 VSL full suspension aluminium frameset in a nice yellow/black/red. The yellow paint colouring is a lighter/less brighter yellow than it appears in the listing photos. There are some chips/scratches/rub marks/sticker damage/paint damage/oxidisation on the paintwork but there are NO cracks or dents in the frame (See photos). All this is purely cosmetic & nothing to worry about. There is no play in any of the bushings. The frame comes with parts of the oversized headset in black/silver. There are some marks, scratches & oxidisation on the partial headset parts (See photos). The frameset comes with the original black aluminium removable rear dropout, bottom bracket & rear suspension fixing bolts. Cannondale partial headset parts in black/silver. There are some marks, scratches and oxidisation on this. It is purely cosmetic and nothing to worry about (See photos). Black aluminium removable rear dropout. There are some marks and scratches on this. The bottom bracket spins freely and smoothly. There are some marks, scratches, oxidisation and some surface rust on this. The frameset has been thoroughly washed and GT85′d (I did not strip and clean the headset as it seemed well greased). In relation to the marks/scratches/chips/sticker damage/paint damage on the frame paintwork, I was tempted to work on these but didn’t as I wanted the bike to be as original as possible. A great gift or maybe a treat for yourself? I have measured the frame from the top of the seat post tube to the centre of the bottom bracket and can confirm it is 18.125/46. Here we have a Lapierre X-Control 510, used condition, scrapes to paint work etc, to be expected with the age of the bike.. Fitted with a dropper post and relatively new grips.. Everything works as it should, could do with a thorough service but this has just been a bike I’ve used over the mountains with the kids.. Dropper post works well, as does the suspension.. Collection only Friday – Sunday due to work commitments..
