Great vintage retro 26 MTB build project! A beautiful blue frame! Bike was bought in late 90′s by previous owner. According to her, it was used once and then stored in covered garage for almost 30 years until it was rescued. Now, it is your chance to relive yhe golden days of mountain biking with this as-new condition frame. Takes V brakes or disc brakes. Takes 1 1/8 straight steerer fork. If you are after a retro bike build, this is the one! Make your friends green with envy with this good condition legendary frame from the tried, tested, and always reliable Giant. This is a late 1990′s frame circa 97/98 I believe. Takes 26″ standard QR hub rear wheel common on 26″ wheelsets. There are tiny marks here and there consistent with an almost unused frame. Most scuffs are storage marks. No sign of damage and no cracks. Some portions have rub marks from cable. Paintwork still beautiful overall! No dents, no cracks! Just beautiful/almost perfect for its age. Even the chainstay protecyor is almost unmarked. Some of the metal bolts and nuts have surface rust which will clean off easily. Original Headset is also included (surface rust on parts). Photos will describe condition of frame. Size: 18.5 from centre of bottom bracket to top of seat tube. 21.5 inches from centre of headtube to centre of seat tubr. Looks like a medium or large. Just measure your size just to be sure. Great Neo-retro 26 MTB build project! A beautiful natural aluminium/black frame with a carbon fibre upper rear triangle! Reason for this is I found that a crack has appeared on the right side carbon rear upper triangle/chainstay. Although bike was completely usable when I acquired it, I would suggest getting this repaired before using.. See last 2 pics for crack. This is repairable by any carbon frame repairer or just replace it. Other parts alone are worth the price! The frame was recently serviced and new pivot bearings installed. Unfortunately, the crack on carbon part appeared. Manitou rear shock works, includes 3 speed front derailleur, also original sealed bearing headset included. Takes 1 1/8 straight steerer fork. Takes 26″ standard QR hub rear wheel common on 26″ wheelsets. Aside from crack I mentioned, There are marks here and there consistent with a lightly used frame. Some portions have rub marks from cable. Paintwork still beautiful overall! Photos will describe condition of frame. Size: 18 (centre of bb to top of seat tube) in Merida Bike Co’s sizing. Frame was covered in many parts by meticulous and careful owner with protective clear protectors so very minimal scratches on frame! If you are looking at this listing, you are in luck! Up for sale is a very good condition GIANT TRANCE 1 Full Suspension frame with FOX Float RP23 shock. Takes 1 1/8 straight steerer fork. If you are after a neo- retro bike build, this is the one! Make your friends green with envy with this good condition legendary frame from the tried, tested, and always reliable Giant. This is a late 2000′s frame circa 2007 I believe. Takes 26″ standard QR hub rear wheel common on 26″ wheelsets. There are marks here and there consistent with a lightly used frame. As mentioned above, clear sticker protectors are all over the frame (you can see them – they are not scratches, they are clear protectors that yellowed a bit due to age). Remove them and all good! No sign of abuse and no cracks. Some portions have rub marks from cable. Paintwork still beautiful overall! No dents, no cracks! Just beautiful for its age. Original sealed bearing Headset is also included although you would need the bottom washer that goes on front fork (very cheap part). Photos will describe condition of frame. Marin rift zone 19″ Mountain Bike Frame 26″ Wheel. Good Used condition Good cosmetic condition there are a couple of marks and scratches from use but just cosmetic have tryed to show these in photos. The frame measures 19 top of seattube to center of bottom bracket. Comes with rear mech hanger and disc brake mount. The frame is to fit disc brakes. Frame bearings are good condition. Rear shock included which is a fox float R shock in working order but could use a service as makes squelching sounds when in use and not sure when would have last been serviced. Top tube measurement is 57cm centre to centre. This frame fits 1 1/8th straight threadless steerer forks. Rear dropouts measure 135mm and fit standard quick release wheel type.
