Owned by me from brand new. Not overly heavy use but used regularly on light trails. Brand new original Giant wheels as I was using Hope wheels from new. Brand new saddle but original saddle included with small tear from gorse bush incident. All in good working order. Brakes excellent no sign of squishy brake action. Shimano SLX crank and gears. Shimano XT Hydraulic disc brakes. All booklets and original invoice for Giant frame guarantee. Will have marks and signs of use but does not detract overall condition. Cannondale Trail 6 custom build. I recently built this bike from the frame up. I used much better components than originally came with this frame. The bike rides excellent. Sram X-5 rear X-7 front derailleurs with black Shimano Deore cranks. It has a fully adjustable (travel 70-100mm, rebound damping and compression damping) Manitou Axel fork which will lockout at the turn of a dial. Great stopping power with huge 203mm/180mm rotors and Hayes Dyno Comp hydraulic brakes. Brand new Sram cassette and chain. Brand new cables and housing (it will need minor adjustment as cables stretch). High end like new Specialized Myth saddle. The bike is used and does have a few nicks, scuffs and scratches as you would expect from a bike this year but overall it’s in phenomenal condition. Please inspect pictures as it represents condition accurately. The frame was just polished and waxed and looks fantastic. The bike was pictured with an X-7 rear derailleur but now has an X-5 rear. Everything else is the same. Double Butted 6061 Alloy, SAVE. Manitou Axel Adjustable travel, adjustable rebound damping & Compression damping/ Lockout. XC 6061 20.00 mm Alloy bars. 2017 Whyte G160S Mountain Bike 18 Frame / 11 speeds / 27.5 wheel. 18 Medium Suspension aluminium Frame 11 speed (11×1) SRAM GX Rear mech and shifter WTB 27.5 wheel-set, front running true and rear running a little off true. Full set of SRAM Guide R Hydraulic disk brakes, nice and strong! 160mm Yari RC Rockshox Forks, fully working with working compression (Firmness) adjust. RockShox Monarch R Rear shock Fully working with Rebound adjust (not RC3 as per decal) Maxxis Mountain Tyres, good used condition. BRAND NEW Grips and Scott Saddle with DMR V6 pedals fitted. 125mm RockShox Reverb Dropper post fitted. In good working order, though has a very tiny few mm of sag, as is common for reverbs. In Ready to ride order Eye-catching Lime Green and Black colour combo Quality Rockshox Rear Shock and fork Truvativ Descendant single-speed hollo-tech style chainset Smooth shifting, reaches all rear cogs Wheelset runs well and has tight and smooth bearings good used condition just some light scuffs and marks to be found. Overall in great used condition with no structural damage whatsoever! Fully working SRAM Hydraulic Brake set perform well and give good stopping power Headset and bottom bracket are smooth with no movement 11 speeds available. The bike has no known faults! What To Expect From a Used Bike. A bike retailing at 5K new can have a retail tag of 2K five years on. With this saving though, there are a few things to consider. I do my utmost to be honest with the bikes I sell and present them to you in a valeted condition, ready for their new owner. I try to sell bikes that have been checked over thoroughly, are working well and are ready to ride. This though does not mean the bike has been mechanically reconditioned. Please bear in mind that manufactures advise mountain bikes to have suspension serviced every 200 hours of riding and dropper posts every 400 hours. The brakes along with frame/bottom bracket/headset bearings are suggested to be replaced every 12 months. This does depend on the level of use though. If a bike has a few years on the clock please be mindful and realistic of the wear and tear the bike has. Without stripping a bike down to the frame I can only give my opinion on how components feel and how the bike operates. There may every now and then be the odd thing I miss. Specialized Enduro Frame – Size Medium – (26 Wheels) Comp Fox rp23 volfsprung. Specialized enduro comp 26 with 160mm rear travel. The frame is in good used condition, It was not used for over a year. Before storing it, it had full brand new bolt and bearing kits fitted and a shock service. It has no dents or cracks but is cosmetically worn. Some areas where the paint was rubbed off or chipped have been touched up with matching paint. The rear shock is a FOX RP23 with volsprung corset high volume air sleeve fitted and with offset bushings to slacken the head angle and drop the bottom bracket by a smidge. The frame will include a cane creek headset. Also included will be a whole bunch of spares including the front deraillieur mount and the original fox rp23 air can. As well will be included the old bolt and hardware kit and some extras – see last picture. Yeti SB75 Frame Size Medium. 650b – 27.5 wheel. Very good used condition a few small marks from use and a small amount of lacquer has come away on the top tube but absolutely no dents or cracks – please check the photos and ask questions. Factory Series Fox FLOAT CTD Kashima shock, due a full service around now. Fitted with Rock Guards carbon fibre down tube protector. Seat post size 30.9. Seat clamp size 34.9. The frame is non boost, 12×142 rear axel included. 1.5 – 1 1/8 tapered head set. Comes with spare bearings (some used some new), Switch link parts, chain stay protector and bash guard adaptor/delete ring for behind the bottom bracket. New enduro max compliment bearings with full contact LLU seals have just been fitted throughout the dog bone, eccentric Switch link and main pivot. The eccentric Switch link on this frame was modified by myself around 3 years ago. The original design of the Switch was to use a PTFE lined bush to support the aluminium Switch link on the non drive side and a full compliment enduro bearing on the drive side. The original bush supporting the switch link quickly becomes worn and allowed debris in between the bush and the switch link. This allowed wear and play in the Switch link to accelerate rapidly. I wasnt happy with this design so I set about an alternative design. To do this I had to manufacture an adaptor to support the old drive side and new drive side halves of the Switch link. This is visible in the last photo. I have run this mod successfully for the last three years without issue. I can send detailed photos of the modification of your interested. The front and rear triangles were not modified in any way for the modifications to fit and included in the sale is the remaining parts of the brand new Switch link if you wanted to return the Switch design back to standard.
