This is a 2004 frame as per “P” serial number. Takes 26″ standard QR hub rear wheel common on 26″ wheelsets. There are marks here and there consistent with a lightly used frame. No sign of abuse and no cracks. Some portions have rub marks from cable, some marks from chain – not too bad. I can see a small ding on left chainstay (not noticeable see last pic). In the downtube you will see that there is a portion wrapped in tape, I put tape so that the cable stoppers will not get lost. There is nothing wrong with it. It is just tape.
