Seat tube measures 17 center to center, top tube is 21.5 from center to center. Has two small dents on the underside of the frame, one near the Bottom Bracket and one up towards the head tube, looks like someone drove with it sitting on a truck bed without the proper bed mat on it for traveling, either way they are both shallow and dont seem to affect the quality of the ride (priced accordingly).
