Great 27.5 MTB build project! A very nice carbon frame once maintenance items are done which I will be listing below. Frame is usable as is but is not perfect. 27.5 wheels (12x142mm thru-axle rear hub). Takes tapered (1 1/8 to 1.5) steerer fork. Original seatclamp, 24mm axle bottom bracket bearing, and sealed bearing headset included. Includes a carbon chain guide as well (for a single ring crank setup). What needs to be taken care of in this carbon frame to make it good as new. Aesthetics – matte clearcoat is peeling in various places (hard to see in pics but they are peeling). Would benefit from a light sanding and recoat of clear or better yet, have it professionally repainted. Otherwise, still ok to use as it is but if you want it perfect then do the suggested items above. Still usable as it is but as I have mentioned, there is a little side to side play. Frame is circa 2013 and still in good condition. Address the 2 items I mentioned above and you would have a very good 27.5 carbon frame from American brand Intense that uses the same VP suspension technology as Santa Cruz but a lot cooler because not everyone has one.
