There are some paint blemishes under the clear coat lacquer on the head tube and seat tube. It’s purely aesthetic and the paintwork is in perfect condition. There are however some paint chips under the seat collar (which in turn isn’t visible at all). Included in the sale are. Frame, fork, headset, seat clamp, seat post, stem and handlebar, both through axles and mech hanger. Also included are some cable routing port plugs and what I believe to be a bottle of touch-up paint matching the frame. Please ask if you have any questions.
