YT Jeffsy AL 29er XL Mountain Bike. It has just had a full factory rebuild and service at the YT Mill in Surrey, which included a full suspension service with replacement seals/bushings, brake service with replacement pads, replacement cables and outers, replacement BB and crankset and replacement wheel and headset bearings. The drivetrain was replaced recently with an XT rear mech and tyres have very little wear. Some of the remaining components are worn as would be expected in a bike of this age, but all in working order. There is a minor issue with the front hub, where a retaining cover is missing. The missing cap does not affect the performance of the bike but makes the front wheel slightly more difficult to remove and replace. YT Jeffsy 29 AL Bike. 2019 YT Jeffsy 29 Pro Carbon Frame and shock size Medium. This is their current design with modern, up-to-date geometry. 140mm rear travel, designed to use a 140 or 150 fork. Includes SRAM Dub bottom bracket, Acros Headset with tall and short top cap, rear axle, seatpost clamp, and Rock Shox Deluxe RT3 shock. Frame is in excellent shape – light scuffs normal for use, but no major scrapes, dings, or damage. All suspension pivots move extremely smoothly. Shock only has about 150 miles on it. Full internal cable routing – YT includes full guide tubes to make life easy when running housing. Push the housing in one end and it pops out the other. This is one of the nicest internal routing setups that I’ve worked with. I did leave the housing for the dropper post, since it looks like that one might be a little more difficult to feed through without removing the bottom bracket. There is a small spot in the downtube protector tape (pictured) that got rubbed a little ugly during a tailgate shuttle. I cut out the damaged part and covered it with another layer of tape. This did not even scuff the paint – only the tape was damaged. You will not be disappoint with this frame! It is in great shape and ready to build and ride! 2019 (Current Model) YT Jeffsy Carbon fibre Pro , XL frame Mountain/Bike (MTB). Full specification is available on the YT website. The bike will be packaged in the YT box with all packaging as supplied by YT. In all respects these are superb bikes. The only reason it is for sale is I decided I needed a larger bike. To cut to the chase you will struggle to find one better and hopefully the pictures do a far better job than words. There are a few (around 4) marks on the frame (shown in the pictures). Everything on this bike works as it would when new , it has been cleaned and lubed after each ride. The frame still has that bright new bike feel to it. This YT Jeffsy has completed only 480 miles since new (all recorded on my garmin). It was used only between April and August 2019. Uniquely this used bike comes with a lot of brand new parts (taken from the XXL Jeffsy which has replaced this) I have taken the various upgraded carbon bits off the XL and put them on the XXL. The bike is all original YT specification with the exception of the dropper lever, Ive replaced this with a ZTTO, this is the same design of the Pacific Northwest lever and is a lot more solid than the E13. The bike has a fault , this is that one tooth has come off the 1st gear cog on the cassette , this does not effect gear function at all, I guess most wouldnt mention it but I want the purchaser in no way to feel let down. Please note the carbon bars shown in the photographs of the bike are going to be removed and replaced with the new and unused aluminium 800mm Raceface bars originally fitted. The brand new parts include. The E13 wheels, tyres and tubes. The SRAM GX cranks. The chain and chainring. Any questions please dont hesitate to ask. Full carbon frame – size is large and the frame was invisiframe taped from new to protect it. 140mm Rockshox Pike Fork. Rockshox dropper seat post. 1×11 SRAM group set with a 28T ring on the front. Hope tech 3 brakes. Ice tech rotars (203 & 180mm). Race face cranks, bar and stem. Only things Ive changed spec wise is the brakes, rotars and Ive just put a minion DHF tyre on the front. Ive just changed the oil in the lower forks and shock and had the raceface bottom bracket replaced. The bike is in excellent condition as it was invisi taped and has hardly been used, it does have a few marks from trails but these are minor for a trail bike.
