Mountain Bike Frame

I have for sale. X1 Used Kona Stab Deluxe frame. Model year is 2008. The Frame was stripped back to bare metal and then the front end was powder coated in candy blue. The rear was powder coated in gloss black, however a new old stock chainstay was sourced to keep the original look with the silver strip. The new old stock chainstay did however have some minor chips from being in storage for 10 years, these have been touched up. The original chainstay will be provided in sale but it is entirely gloss black. A new DOPE brake bar had to be made as the old one was not supplied with the frame, this was made by a local engineering company (PAL), it was then powder coated in the original satin black. The original shock was not supplied with the frame so a very good condition Rockshox Vivid was sourced from a friend who had it as a spare for one of his old bikes, it had been serviced 2 years ago but not done any mileage since and came with a new spring. New mounting hardware for the shock was ordered from TF tuning for the end connecting to the frame. New dropouts and axle were sourced and fitted. The frame had new decals applied and the BB was chased and faced. Colour: Candy blue and black. Fork steerer: 1 1/8. BB shell width 68mm. Post diameter: 30.0mm. Rear hub required 150mm x 12mm, but due to the Kona Dope system it reduces to 130mm x 12mm, you will need a hub that can be reduced to the 130mm width, Kona originally used a Sun Ringle Jumping Flea. Brake mount: Disc, post mount fitment. This Stab has been setup to work with standard rear mechs. No play in the suspension. All threads in good condition. Only minor issue is that the chainstay swing arm has had a number of small chips touched up. Sale will include a spare chainstay swing arm that has been powder coated in gloss black a seat clamp. Eat post is not included. Ld saying goes a pic.
