Intense 951 Racing Fro downhill frame in astonishing green colour, 26″, small size 15″, fox dhx rc4 rear shock, cane creek 1 1/8 headset (non tapered), 12x148mm rear axle (boost), wtb volt saddle, Crankbrothers cobalt 2 seat post, hope clamp, shimano saint bottom bracket, rockguard protection under the frame, invisible film protection on the top of the frame, G3 dropouts (which lets you adjust the geometry between three dropout positions), VPP technology (Virtual Pivot Point, a popular mountain bike suspension design that uses two short, counter-rotating links to create a single virtual pivot point that moves through the suspension travel) same as Santa Cruz. The frame shows some signs of use but great working condition.

243 Racing???? Legendary frame from Canada. Only a handful in the UK. Many have ridden this model with Monster t’s and Rigid forks for skate parks. Adjustable v-brake mounts as well as disc mounts. This advert is from the FRAME ONLY. However I will include a matching set of. 243 racing handlebars & a Headset. I believe it’s a 2005 model and was the first. 243 racing frame to arrive in the UK. Orange 324 factory racing downhill mountain bike frame – Norlando Grey (Original factory paint). Large – 27.5 boost wheel. Fox factory DHX2 coil shock with SLS spring – Serviced by Slick & Slide not long before bike dismantled. Includes SRAM GXP BB – Hope zero stack headset & seat collar – Chain guide & bash guard. One timid, middle-aged rider from new, only been used a handful of times, and to be honest, nowhere near to being used as intended (no black runs for me) more trail centres and tamer bike park runs. Invisframed from new, barely a mark on it, anything that can be seen is generally dirt around edges of, and marks on invisframe from things like zip ties etc… If removed/replaced paintwork would look as new. Never crashed, Absolutely no dents, dings, cracks or structural defects. Shock works perfectly, all controls work as should, no leaks. Bearings good, smooth and with no play. Being meticulously maintained and barely ridden will do that! Photo’s don’t do it justice as probably should have cleaned it first! I’m not really a downhiller these days, hence parting bike out (Bought brand new on a whim) I had kept hold of the frame as it is a lovely ride and thought about maybe trying a mullet conversion based around a 180mm single crown and 29 front wheel, but I’ve too many bikes and it really should stay as a DH race bike….. It’s sooo fast and belongs in the hands of a racer! Any questions please ask. Item will be well packaged and dispatched via a tracked an insured service.
