Lovely dent-free GT Pantera from 1992; the most sought after and collected year for GT mtbs. Rare to find a clean example with this striking red paint finish and in a large 20inch size (GT measures from centre of cranks/bb to centre of top tube, so more like 22inches to top of seat post). This vintage MTB frame is perfect for someone looking to build a classic retro 90s style mountain bike or a retromod with modern parts. The frame is made of 7000 series aluminium, making it lighter and more corrosion-proof than some steel alternatives. Comes with original threaded forks, matching red quill stem and Shimano LX M060 shifters. Grips and bars also included but these are not in great condition and the new owner may want to replace them. Please check all photos as what you see is what you get and the frame/fork/parts have fading, scratches, etc commensurate with age and use. Any questions please fire away and thanks for looking! 1993 Answer Manitou HT Frameset. This loving restored frameset has had the head tube replaced (cracked as they all do) and polished back to the high shine it used to have. Includes the very hard to find Shimano M900 XTR front mech. Frame size – 18.5″ which I think they referred to as 19″. Head Tube – 1 1/4. Seat post – Ringle /Answer post. Front Mech – Special Answer Shimano M900 XTR. Manitou 3 shocks in great condition, had a rebuild approx 3 years ago but probably 20 miles use since (on another bike). Answer Manitou ahead Stem. These stems are a serious icon of the early 90′s mountain world, Answer produced products of innovation, light weight; strong and of great design. Size – 1 1/4 and 140mm long. Collection preferred from cambs but could post in a bike box I have, lots of other mint or nos parts available that were bought for this bike.

Handsome Dog Mountain Bike Frame, Rockshox Judy DH Suspension Forks. Nice little frame in good condition with no cracks or dents, just minor marks (small scuffs, little paint chips and shallow scratches) from use. Measures 16″ C-to-T and 13.5″ C-to-C. Mech hanger straight with good threads. For use with 26 wheels and V-brakes. Takes a 31.8mm top pull front mech and 26.8mm seatpost. Rockshox Judy DH forks compress and rebound nicely. Internals in great condition. Stanchions in good condition. Judy FSX brake arch has been modified slightly to accommodate a wider tyre and has been converted from canti hanger to V-brake only. Some scuffs, light scratches and small paint bubbles on the lower legs. FSA Orbit threadless headset and rare, closely colour-matched, short reach, high rise Control Tech stem included.

Vitus Substance VRS-2 Frameset in size XL. 6061-T6 Double Butted Aluminium, Internal Cable Routing, 1X Dropper Post Compatible, Mudguard Mounts, Rack Mounts, 12mm x 142mm axle, Flat Mount. UD Carbon, Tapered Steerer, 100 x 12mm, Mudguard Mounts, Flat Mount. 55cm seat tube, 58cm top tube. See Vitus website for details. The frameset is brand new and unused taken off a new bike. There are some paint blemishes under the clear coat lacquer on the head tube and seat tube. It’s purely aesthetic and the paintwork is in perfect condition. There are however some paint chips under the seat collar (which in turn isn’t visible at all). Included in the sale are. Frame, fork, headset, seat clamp, seat post, stem and handlebar, both through axles and mech hanger. Also included are some cable routing port plugs and what I believe to be a bottle of touch-up paint matching the frame. Please ask if you have any questions. This is a land shark vintage mountain bike Frameset from 1992. It has a custom paint job which carries over to the custom bar / stem combo. The fork is a manitou and it needs new elastomers and needs a rebuild. Headset is not smooth. This was sparingly ridden and kept indoors for years with minimal use. Mild signs of wear. Here are the frame measurements which are taken by me and there might be a small margin of error because of this. Head Tube – 4-3/4. Top Tube – 23-1/4 along the top tube c-c. Seat Tube 18 c-c.
