Custom Hand Built Dawley Hardtail trail bike frame for 27.5′ wheels. Custom built by Thom Dawley for me in late 2023, the frame is made from a mixture of high quality steels such as Reynolds 853, Columbus etc. The frame is fillet brazed and is in excellent condition there is not a mark on the RAL 6014, (yellow olive), powder coating, which was done by the Powder Shack. Please see the attached geo diagram for all the dimensions and my other items for sale that were taken off of the frame. Seat post dia is 31.6mm and the frame is made for a wireless dropper, such as the AXS Reverb. Head tube is 44mm for straight or taper steerers. Bottom Bracket is BSA 73mm. Drop outs 148mm UDH. Post Mount Rear for a 180mm rotor. Collection preferred, but I can travel a short distance to meet. Any questions drop me a message.

Up for sale is my Giant XTC Advanced 29 1 (2020 model) in size XL – a super-capable, lightweight carbon hardtail frame perfect for XC riding and adventure-ready bikepacking. The geometry is spot-on for long days in the saddle while still being responsive and efficient for singletrack and climbs. Used but 100% structurally sound – ready for your next build. Cosmetic chips & paint marks present from normal use, as you’d expect from an adventure-focused frame, but nothing that affects performance or integrity. This frame has been looked after and stored carefully when not in use. Sram DUB Pressfit bottom bracket (installed – only 6 months old). Stock c arbon seat post. Used mech hanger (6 months old) + Brand new spare hanger (never used). Stock Giant headset (included – good condition). XL – Ideal for riders approx. 6’2″ – 6’5″ (but check Giant’s sizing guide to be sure). I’m 6’5 and it was perfect. Why the XTC Advanced?
