Retro Kona Lava Dome. Designed by Joe Murray. Tange double butted cromoly tubing. In generally good condition for its age, plenty of patina though, some poor quality paint touch ups over the years. Designed for 26 wheels. 1 inch headset sizing. Designed for canti brakes rather than the previous year when it was u brakes. BB threads are fine.

For sale is my Ritchey Timberwolf frame in. Ritchey WCS Logic’ triple-butted steel. It’s a size medium / 17. In good used condition – a few scrapes and marks here and there, but nothing major – there are some paint chips around the disc brake mount (for ref: Post Mount, takes a 180mm rotor). Only thing to really note is that there is’webbing’ under the gel coat across the frame. I’ve tried to capture this in the photos – if you hover over you should be able to see it clearly. Think there was a run of these frames with this issue – basically the paint underneath didn’t dry before the top coat went on. Takes a 120-150mm fork – optimised around 140mm apparently (but I reckon 120/130mm is the sweet spot). Included in the sale. Ritchey seatclamp (the frame takes a 30.9mm seat post, and has routing for an internal dropper). Ritchey 12×142 thru axle (drive side drop out bolt replaced as the Ritchey one kept undoing – see photo). This item is in the category “Sporting Goods\Cycling\Bike Frames”.
